My Mindfulness Practices : My 2nd Tip

Today’s will be another mindfulness ti from me. It’s working wonders with me for a year and almost 3 months. Been into this approach with my therapis and various others.
Today’s tip : mindful bathing. Bathing in a natural water pool is great because I feel like I own the world there and I’m sight on nothing but natural beauty and perfecation. I go bathing in the river I live near by in the summer and I’m listening to the birds chirping happily. I’m my happiest and freest in the wil. I’m feeling my body with touching the rocks in the river. Cours, I’m wearing shoes especially for walking on rocks and sands to be comfortable there.
