What I’m doing in Therapy : My 1st Update

I’ll be broaching today what I’m doing in therapy. Having first off, mindfulness, meditation and yoga for my stress, anxiety and panic disorder.
2nd, ergo therapy which is a handfull physical and breathing exercises for my depression. I find it most helpful when I’m forgetting even to breath in an emotional crisis.
Lastly, doing CBT and positive thinking therapy for my PTSD and other mmental health struggle. So far, been working wonders with me! I’m not stressed out anymore about anything in life and I’m mosrly peaceful lately.
