I’d like to share a few tips on how to prevent suicide or self-harming behaviours. This is what I’ve been fighting off for 7 years this year. But I’m doing well in life thanks my therapist’s tips. I’ve developed my own inspired from hers.
Thence here goes : when suicidal, more often than not, I’m asking if living is really worth it. But I’ve come to a realization since I’ve begun my treatments, it’s I who’s giving it worth in what I enjoy doing in life and the ones I choose to interact with.
Therefore, list off everything you love doing in life and the ones you enjoy socializing with and look forward to that and quit dwelling on your suicidal thoughts and feelings. “Everything shall pass and this too!”
