My Mindfulness Practices : My 22nd Tip

I’ve gone pretty far with this treatment and know a lot about it and wish to spread the word around to help ya all having a healthier life. This is already my 22nd chapter on it on my new blog, how time flies.


Today’s tip : nature meditation. When the weather permits, go meditate a good 15-20 minutes outside. How? Just relax yourself and focus on the beautiful and most perfect nature around you. Smell and taste the air around you, touch the thing you’re sitting or laying on, listen to the natural sounds around you and lastly, sight on the beautiful natural scenery around you. Being mindful about your life is merely to take the time to appreciate what you have in your current life.
