Today will be my 21st tip on my favourite therapy treatment. Firstly, I’ll be updating its definition and give my tip for today. It’s to focus on being here and now and not elsewhere. Why do you feel overwhelmed by life? Because you’re letting your mind wander there and there and aren’t living in the present moment.
How to capture the current moment? Well today‘s tip will be mindful photography. What better way than to photograph down your joyful moments and remember them when in crisis? I love taking pics with my phone. Why? Because I’m touching my camera and fiddling with it in my hand, trying to take the perfect shot. I’m sighting on beautiful nature scenery. I take only nature shots myself without anyone in it. Why? Because when a little low or down, I love looking at nature scenery and not anything human at all. I’ve taken many pics and have started scrapbooking them together so if in crisis, they‘re handy for me to find and look at and calm myself that way.
