Today will be a tip especially for ladies coping with stress and anxiety : mindfuI make-over. I never go out without my tinted lip moisturizer , pink shimmering eye-shadow and nail varnish. It’s my daily make-up ritual. Thence, ladies do you know why you enjoy making yourself up so much? Because it makes you more mindful about your own outer beauty. You’re sighting on a more beautiful you after dolling yourself up and the lovely shades stand out to your eyes and you‘re touching your skin with your makeup tools, making you feel good and in a good mood. If I could, I’d put my money in a completely professional make-over, though it’s not affordable to me at all with my current monthly income. Admire your own beauty in a mirror after you’re done with it. At night, if I wake up restles, I will put on my lip moisturizer to sooth myself. It does me good and it’s a great stress reliever.
