Today will be another mindfulness tip. On how to relax and empty your mind. Loving my life currently because I have nothing on mine at all.


My tip today : mindful chanting. There are non-religious motivational mantras you can chant to yourself to feel relief. Light a candle or burn incense to it. How’s it mindfulnes? Because you’re using 2-3 senses to feel your functional body : sight and/or smell and hearing.
