My Mindfulness Practices : My 4th Tip

Today will be another mindfulness tip from me. There are many facets to it and I love them alol and wish to share them with you all to help you with your struggles in life.
Tip for today : mindful photography. What is it? It’s to take pictures about anything you love and to admire your handywork after. Don’t pick any faults in them at all and only pick what you love about them. Be proud about all your artwork. Photography is a therapy that I had seen in art therapy about a year or 2 ago when I had that class. For me personalily, I love nature scenery so I photograph mainly those. It truly helps me reconnect with who I am literally. So yeah, try it, it help. Also do share them on a social media platform such as Instagram, Facebook, forums or blog. Others will see you work too and comment on them which makes you feel your existence.
