Today will be another mindfulness tip from me. I love this approach that’s working perfectly well with me because it suits me. It’s so hard to find one that works with you.
My tip today : mindful pampering. Pamper yourself with a new scrub, body wash, manicure, pedicure, facial, spa, hair cut, trimming your nails, massage or any other ways to pamper yoursel. Put on some skincare or lipcare products after to feel moisturized. These products are touching your body to make you feel good. Those tools you‘re using on your body makes it feel good too. It’s all about using your touch, sight and smell to feel good about yourself and life overall because these usually are scented and you can smell them before putting them on.
