My Mindfulness Practices : My 6th Tip

Today will be another chapter on mindfulness. It truly does block out all my negativity and empties my mind.


Today’s tip : mindful massage. Where I go I‘m paying 110$ for a full body massage with essential oils. Why is it mindfulnes? Because your massotherapist is touching your body with tools and essential oils and you’re smelling their aromas feeling your body functioning. They might even put on some music or nature videos for you to watch whilst being massaged. Where I’m going they light scented candles for me to be mindful about the light in life. Thence in my massage salon which I can afford once a month, I’m using my 4 senses to feel my body existing : touch, smell, hearing and sight. I’ve fallen asleep more than once in my sessions so yeah.
