My Mindfulness Practices : My 7th Tip

This is my 7th chapter on mindfulness. It’s according to me, just paying attention to what you’re doing and not your thoughts and feeling.
Thence, my tip for the day : mindful self-pamperin. This includes but isn’t limited to : treating yours to dinner, cooking for yourself, paying yourself a hair trim, painting your nails, putting on makeup and etc. You know you’re pampering yourself and are relaxing, mind devoid from any other thoughts and feelings than your “me” quality time.
