My Mindfulness Practices : My 9th Tip

Today will be my 9h chapter on mindfulness. It really does relieve stress and anxiety and leaves me in a completely peaceful mind state.
Today’s tip : mindful distractions. It‘s when you are distracting yoursel, focus on delighting yourself in them. Quit dwelling on your thoughts and feelings and just immerse yourself into what you’re doing currently : either your job or your hobby. For example, I love playing the piano and whenever I am playing it, only my melody and I exist in this world and nothing else matter. This is being conscious that you’re doing something else than thinking and feeling.
